I strongly recommend, had really enjoyable experience here.
The room was average sized and new-fashioned, had a writing desk and a storage space. The breakfast was enjoyable and delicious with juices and bacon, for example. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect in a residential area, short walk to todays South Africa, secure suburb, and Brooklyn Mall and main routes...

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious guest house. The location in a quiet and safe area was perfect for us, and we were pleased to find some great restaurants nearby. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to relax and unwind throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a private patio where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering room service and arranging for laundry services. The service was top-notch and we felt well taken care of during our time here.

It was pleasant to sit in the garden.
We have chosen this hotel due to the rather positive feedbacks and to the fact that according to the website the guest house has an outdoor swimming pool. Our staying started that they have forgotten us, therefore it took us 15 minutes to ring the bell/call the hotel, when finally they have opened the door for us. The room was very small, however clean and despite to the smaller (Queen size bed), the bedding was good. There was no soap provided in the bathroom, only the shower gel/lotion/shampoo, thus washing hands was limited to using shower gel. The breakfast was very basic: yoghurt, muesli, fruitsalad, butter, toastbread and eggs. There is no selection of jams, cheese, salami, peanut butter or bakery products. The yoghurt and muesli was not refilled and they told us, that that was all what they have as they ran out of stock. Same applied for bread. The internet was not working in the room, we learnt that it's only woking in the garden or in the upstairs rooms. In short, I must say, that the experience was diappointing from a guest house, who is very proud to be "award winning". We found the management quite unprofessional. It is positive though, that they always apologised for all the inconvenience.
